TableHub increases the value provided to sponsors by giving organisers a new and engaging platform to showcase their brand story. TableHub can show dynamic content and multiple sponsors easily. Sponsors can include calls to action to influence guest attendees directly at the table.

SUSTAINABILITY

TableHub reduces the need for printed material at events. Table numbers, menus, programmes, housekeeping notes, award nominees and winners, all and more can be shown on TableHub instead of creating printed material that in turn creates waste. Ideal for companies with paperless policies or those looking to become carbon zero.

With TableHub on every table, we can help engage those at the back of the room with content right in front of them on their table centrepiece. There’s a wide range of content applications and uses for TableHub, from showing the same key messaging as big screens to displaying QR codes to direct attendees to silent auction websites at fundraising events.

Custom content designed to meet brand guidelines and other design elements seamlessly transfer to TableHub, allowing animated and static content to shine. Even if a guest has seen TableHub before, the experience is made unique with content specific to individual events.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

GETTING MAXIMUM VALUE WITH CONTENT

TableHub helps to bring the table experience into the modern age. Servicing of your event includes everything TableHub needs to operate, excluding content, but we’ll load and test all content delivered to us. We’ll also look after transportation, setup and pack down. For events outside of Auckland we partner and train operators all over New Zealand (and soon beyond) to deliver TableHub to the highest standard - additional freight charges apply.

We’ve split TableHub into two main hire offerings, Loop and Cued.

Loop is a set and forget solution, ideal for showcasing sponsors, auction items or other key messages.

Cued is where content is triggered on demand by a TableHub operator according to the run sheet or on cue by your show caller. Ideal for announcing speakers, award nominees and winners, auction information, conference programme content and more.

Plus+ takes your content to the next level, incorporating basic interactive features using your pre-loaded data. Guests can tap to view a guest list search, menus & beverages, QR codes or sponsor offers.

WHAT CONTENT CAN I PUT ON TABLEHUB?

Table numbers, menus, award nominees and winners, videos, photo loops, PowerPoint slides, sponsor loops, and more. As long as we can convert it to a video or image, we can do anything. We have a loooooong list of ideas on how to make the most of your TableHub hire, so contact us for details and we can demonstrate how TableHub can deliver on your guest experience and event KPIs.

HOW DO I CREATE CONTENT?

Many of our clients work with graphic designers to create content in design software, however we also have clients who use PowerPoint. If using Cued mode at your event, each slide will need to be exported as an individual file so it can be triggered individually. If creating loops, the slides that make the loop are exported as an mp4 video file. Our team can talk you through the process step by step, so contact us if you’d like to discuss further.

HOW DOES IT WORK AT MY EVENT?

Loop - the set and forget option. A TableHub team member will arrive at your event at the specified pack in time, set the TableHub units up, turn them on and walk away! Your content will circulate for the duration of your event and we’ll pick them up at the end.

Cued - A TableHub team member and TableHub Event Technician will arrive at your event at the specified pack in time. They will set the TableHub units up, set up at the AV ops desk then follow the run sheet during the event to trigger your content at the appropriate times. If the event is running ahead of time or behind schedule, they will adjust timings accordingly. At the end of the event, they’ll pack up and out!
